I would stay away from fish frenzy if at all possible, owner is super rude and their saltwater fish tend to have ick and are way overpriced. If you don't mind a drive check out seaside tropical fish.

What size tank are you working with?

Looks like battle wound to me...what other fish do you have? ...watchmen tend to keep to the bottom and in caves ...if he was up at the top it could be being picked on
