A 30% water change. Scrap the hair algae then siphon them out while doing a water change. Threat it with some magnesium after water change with no flow so it can have full contact with algae. And a 3 day black out. Complete black out cover tank with a black fabric or dark towel. U should be good.

Yea might wanna re-do it. And did u check if it aquarium safe. Should have use aquarium safe silicone. And did a rinse and test.
