Hey guys! Planning on getting back into the game soon and want to go with LEDs. Do you think an XR 15 would be enough to light an 24x20x12 tank? I was thinking about SPS towards the middle and then LPS on the sides. Would one XR 15 give me enough coverage with the RMS mount? Thanks for the help!

I'm in the same boat. I ll probably set up a lagoon 25 with a tunzee 9001 skimmer, IM reactor, with the in tank filter floss holder. I have seen a lot of people put chemipure and purigen in the media baskets. I'm not sure how they differ from carbon or gfo though.

They are pretty rare, only person I know that has them in SoCal is tuna bullet. ARC every now and then would release them but I forgot the price. I would say the min is around $50 and max out $75.
