Well I have sold corals to some really nice reefer in the forum and they encourage me to share my reef tank so here it is.
Tank was set up in Feb 2017. Tank dimensions 96"x36"x24" 360g Acrylic build by John AA. The reason why I go with acrylic is the size and volume of the tank make me feel safer. The sump is 54"x30"x16" Royal exclusive style with BK super Marin 250 skimmer and red dragon 80w return pump. Stand is solid steel build by Aaron

I was lucky that the house has a sunroom which I convert it into the fish room and because of the space I was able to place the sump outside and I'm so glad that I did because maintaining the sump become so much easier. The Apex wifi 2016 is my controller however I only use it to monitor not to control except for turning light on and off. I have a geo 818 and an Avast k1 to support alk, Cal and mag. The rodi n chiller is outside in a protective shed.
Early in the beginning I was running kessil but I change to halide when my house got solar.

Thank you for your kind words. Let's start from the humble biggining the Tank start out as a mix reef so the lighting was consist of 8 kessil 360we and a couple IT 2080 led. It was fine until 6 month mark when our decide to go to Sps dominant then I switch to t5 I had an ATI sunpower 8x80w and 8x36w supplement because the tank width is 36". My Sps are happy and growing

And time went by to a year anniversary and I'm kind of not satisfied with the growth also my solar project was complete then I decided to go full blown metal halide. I have 3x250w de Phenix 14k and 2x400w 20k radium install and what a transformation. My tank was exploded with growth and my alk consumption was tremendous to a point that I have to upgrade my geo 624 to a geo 818 and I also install an Avast k1 kalk reactor.

Well forward to now it has been 2 years and 3 months and I'm pretty happy regarding the progress of the tank. Its amazing to see a little tiny frag become hugh colony and the color transformation of the corals. Here is a little video if you have any questions please ask

Well after a busy black friday i made some change to my tank....lol i lie a lot of change. First gone are the radion and welcome orphek v4g2. I chose orphek because they are the closest to T5 that u can get from LED. And say goodbye to Apex and hello to profilux. I want to automate my zeovit dosing so i need a good doser that can dose drops per day precisely and after carefully consideration i chose profilux.
