40 gal breeder setup for sale...

40 breeder drilled with beananimal overflow set up. has about a 30 gallon sump with return pump and some chaeto. has stand and a coralife aqualight pro metal halide/pc combo fixture with legs.
Livestock included is:
2 orange occelaris clown
1 black and white clown
1 banghaii cardinal
3 green chromis
1 goby/pistol shrimp pair
1 flame angel

corals
1 carpet anemone
1 bubble tip anemone, I think??
1 huge pink chalice
1 aussie green highlighter frag
1 orange monti cap frag
various acans
some zoas and palys
some xenia and some other pieces as well
im sure im missing some?

also has about 50 pounds of liverock and 20 pounds roughly of sand

asking $400 for everything

Only issue with the rock is that it has some aptasia on it...tried getting a couple peppermints to take care of it but my pistol killed both of them with in a week...

Will part out rock and coral together as a package for $250
Or $180 for the corals that aren't attached to the rocks, mostly just some xenia, a few palys and zoas, and mushrooms attached to the rocks...oh and the anemones are attached to rock as well
