Hopefully this weekend I will add the water and corals. I will be relocating everything from my current tank all into this. I still need to figure out how im going to haul the stand into my bedroom, **** thing is so heavy.

I just bought my new skimmer today! I decided on the Warner Marine AS200. I am really impressed with the build quality on this skimmer and think Ive gone with the best choice with my budget. Im so glad I didn't buy the Octopus.

I will temporarily place this skimmer on my current display tank until ive finished with the canopy and the build of the 67g in my bedroom.

I will also be trying out the new High capacity phosphate remover Phosar from WM.

Here are some pics of it in the new sump:

VEry Cool, I have the same tank sitting empty. Nice idea on the corner overflow. I went external on mine. Look forward to seeing it full to give me some inspiration to get mine going.

Almost done with the canopy. I made a light rail so that I can slide my lumenbright right to left etc. The reflector hooks onto those black rings. I used 3/4th inch conduct piping.

Here is a picture of my floating canopy. Its a lil high in the picture on the pipes but I lowered it about 1 foot. It sits about 6 inches above the tank. Enough room for me to put my arm in the tank. Im having trouble getting the T5's installed, its a tight fit!! But ill manage to make them fit.

Thanks for the compliments! I spray painted the 2 poles white with rustoleum spray paint. Im still working on the T5 wiring, all the wires are too short so I had to cut and splice them to longer 18 gauge wiring to connect. All wires will go through the poles.

socalireefer - No I don't build stands for others. This was my first stand build and first time ever doing woodworking.
