I have a 75 gal tank 25 gal sump and I’m going to put live rock in the display. Being we live in SoCal I think this would be safe due to earthquakes but looking for opinions. My house was built in 2002 thanks for the replies

You should be ok. I had my 75g on the second floor before with no issue. The only thing suck about it is when doing water change. Carrying the water up the stairs can be brutal through time.
