I changed my bulbs in my ati and added a TLF media reactor. I also picked up some coral and moved rock work around a bit. i also drilled some holes in the rock to place the frags in. Since all the corals are small I will be dosing by hand till i purchase a dosing pump. Jason from Coral Collectors had a live sale and i picked up pink floyd ,asd rainbow milli, jagged blue, pink frogger milli, neon nights acro and he threw in a piece of purple rain and saphire acro for free. I never leave disappointed from his place.

I have been dosing by hand and things are looking good. I’m going to be in the market for a doser this week because schools starting soon. All corals are growing and I’m thinking of adding Red Sea colors and acropower to my regiment. I’ve been adding fish because I keep getting zero NO3 and PO4. Chaetos been growing like crazy

Nice, just keep in mind not to put too much frags as they will grow and war against each other. At some point, I had almost 30 species in my 75 gallon

Thanks for the advice. How far about do you usually keep corals away from each other. I have them about 3-4 inches away from each other.

I would suggest 6” space from each frag, attached is my old reef before I took it down in February due to re-flooring project. Now I haven’t go back to sps yet due to lack of time. I was dosing about 160 mL per day of Alk and Ca plus ATO with kalkwasser solution. My pumps need cleaning very often due to high Ca

I'm only dosing a few ml a day so far. Definetly getting a dosing pump soon.

Quick update I got a dosing pump and picked up some corals from Coral Collectors. I also got some Emerald crabs to help out with some bubble algae that’s been kicking my butt. He had some home made fish food that I’m going to try. I also think I’m going to try Red Sea colors soon. Jason adds similar elements but I think Red Sea makes it simple but hopefully going by directions will work. The next thing I need is something to help me keep sand bed clean.

Added new powerhead to increase flow and been siphon out algae. Added some chemipure but took it out because my phosphate dropped rapidly. It was .01 when I checked on my hanna ULR. I'm thinking of adding some type of bacteria to increase diversity. Not sure if that will help outcompete the cyan. Any advice on this would be appreciated.
