If they can be removed easily dip them in Bayer once a week. Stay on schedule! If you have the time to dip every 5 days that's better. Also depends on how bad along with the infestation you are (the pic you posted is bad, but I've seen worse). More aggressive dipping could kill the acros. I'd do once a week if it were me.
Depending on how many acros you have to dip, consider using a heater of your dipping and rinsing bins. Remember to use 2 rinsing bins. You don't want any residual bayer to enter the tank.
Use a pump to circulate water in the dipping bin and let the flow blow off the aefw.
If you see eggs scrape them. Or what I would do is remount the frags on new clean plugs cutting off the base.
I'd do the dipping process for 8 weeks. You'll see considerable improvement at the 3 to 4 week mark.
Don't cut the process short, I prefer to do a couple extra weeks even when it's looking good. You don't want any to slip through the cracks or you'll be right back here in a few months when their population builds up.
It sucks, but you can beat it.
