Anemone keeps shrinking

I have a 300 gallon glass tank. Inside i have 2 rose anemones. One anemone is doing great and keeps getting larger. The other for some reason keeps shrinking smaller and smaller. Im not sure whats going on. I had a clarkii clown hosting it along with an anemone crab. I removed both and that doesnt seem to be helping. The anemone started out about 8-10 inches across and is now maybe 3 inches... i moved him closer to the surface of the tank hoping more light exposure will help... my water parameters are perfect. Ph is 8.3 ammonia is 0 nitrite is 0 and nitrate is between 0 and 5.0ppm... salinity is 1.022 or so. The first photo is of the anemone thats getting smaller. The 2nd is of the other anemone thats doing great on the opposite side of the tank..

I think your salinity is to low
