ya i just turned the pump off will see what happens... how long can the pump be off intell the fish and other corals go into melt down its a 12 gallon

if the foot is attached to the false wall you can try to tickle it, that's how I got my rose off of the rock he was on.

his foots outside and his tenticals are all in different slots on the other side sigh im going to go try to move it right now and ill post what happens in a little while:hmpf:

ok i got it out but it looks not just bad but horriable i dont think it will live umm but when i was getting it out all this white crap filled the tank its a 2 gallon and i cant even see the other side of the tank will this white stuff hurt all the other corals and fish ? post back as soon as you can:bawling:

For future reference, pulling an anemone out of a powerhead, as you found out, is the WORST thing to do.

You have to turn of the pump and let it work itself out. This is the only way to save the anemone and prevent a mess.

In the meantime, I would do a 50% water change and run some carbon, ASAP!!!

Another piece of advice: all pumps/powerheads need to be covered with sponge intakes, especially with newly added btas.
