Anyone know who fixes chillers?

A friend has a chiller that stopped working, not sure why exactly but he was wondering if anyone knows who can fix one in the area?

Any leads?

Did you try and and bypass the controller to see if the chiller runs? Good chance it’s just the controller. Compressors are usually built very well and last along time unless you develop a refrigerant leak.

+1. Most often is thermostat failure from the chiller running too hot from poor ventilation. If it’s more than 8-10 years old, could be low refrigerant & will need a recharge. Any AC guy with an HVAC license can do the work, takes R134A. Good luck.
