Anyone try to have a Kessil light fixed?

So it looks like a fan burned out on my A 360we tuna blue. I got the light in a trade and it worked when I got it, I get home and 5 min it overheats and turns off. Upon further testing/ trouble shooting I discovered the fan doesn't work.
1. Suggestions?
2. How much does kessil charge to fix or do they even fix?
3. person said he would trade back if I wanted to.
