Anyone use Safety Stops for QT

Anyone used Safety Stop instant fish Quarantine instead of the general QT process? I saw a video of Maleevereef usinjg this product as his form of QT...

You wont get the same results as a full QT if that's what you're asking. If you don't plan to QT then it's nice to knock parasites off the body and possibly gills and give the fish's immune system a bump before going into the display.

It won't completely eradicate ich, velvet or internal parasites like a full QT would.

i think one of the steps is basically a formalin bath and the other one is a methylene blue bath. tbh if you want to not QT, but want to do something for diseases, do a 30 min 150 ppm h2o2 bath. it's super easy and humblefish thinks it will get rid of the worst diseases (velvet/flukes/brook/uronema). i've been doing 2 of them 6 days apart and then observe the fish for a month+ and it seems to be working. but it's not as proven as the standard full QT and if you're in a hurry to get fish through QT it's better to just do the standard full QT approach
