AquaScaping for wet Rocks

So i am cycling my rock right now and I realized I forgot to aquascape before I put the rock to cure what is the best method to bond of cement rocks under water or wet rocks? Don't want to restart the cycle all over.

I’ve used epoxy & crazy glue on wet cycled rock before with no issues but I usually end up using way more material. Just have to make sure that the points your bonding are dry, a heat gun will help with that. It is more work because your dealing with a wet surface on top of mixing the epoxy with wet hands, it will create some difficulties plus you will have to use way more crazy glue around those bonding points. I honestly would recommend to restart the cycle, let the rock dry & do the aquascape. It can get frustrating when trying to cement two wet surfaces & there’s a good chance of it not holding for long. I just started the cycle last week so I guess your right they aren’t completely cycled yet.
