I don't care what anybody says, those pay's are a great deal at $195 PP, I'm sure the peeps that bought you out realize they came up, don't be surprised when you see them back up on this forum for $500 to $1,000 PP!!!!!!!

Reefpanet... I'm sure no vendor has an exclusive supplier. I got my mini colony from dream coral so mine is the real deal. Dream coral submitted it to zoaid so this piece has lineage so they are more valuable than another colony that may look similar. Take for example an older polyp like the "AOG". Look how many variations there are of them. Same with sunny d's and vivid rainbows. Anyway If u read up on tyree's site, most LE pieces were aquired through the lfs anyway. Its all about who has rights to the colony after it is sold. I'm sure colonies of LE chalices didn't cost the original namers $200 per eye. so I don't care if tongs had the same piece or similar a few weeks back. Mine has lineage which is what collectors want anyway. Straight from thhe source.
that's what makes me LOL... some fellow enthusiast have way nicer pieces, but because tyree doesn't dub it "rare" or "LE" it isn't worth anything... amirite...?

i've seen some amazing no name watermelons that sell for 50 an eye because of no lineage and to most people, are worth more than any tyree piece... look at the tyree toadstool... it's not as bright and rare as the other toadstool with neon green tips... yet it cost more..? ridiculous... there are some very rare zoas like the darth vader and storm trooper variations, but because they never had lineage from someone with a popular name, they aren't coveted as much as others...

that doesn't seem excessive or silly to you guys..? i'm not saying that that zoa isn't worth it... if it is true that there is a limited amount of they, yes... 200 is worth it... but if everyone else is coming up with the same coral somehow... that's a tough one...

but i'm being a big hypocritical right now... i do have some chalices with lineages and i made sure they had lineage... but a chalice is different... you can't pull out another BGM colony out of the ocean like you can a polyp...

i'm just sayinnnn.... YMMV...

Wow, i've been swamped with emails today.

Sorry guys, but i have decided to hold onto "all" the few polyps i have left. People claim to have these or know of someone who has a big colony, but i have not seen any surface. If they do, great! If you can find them at the lfs's listed above, great!

As for mine, they will stay with me and close friends who i know are true collectors....... For those of you that want them, good luck with the search. I would suggest checking in with DC and getting on his wait list.

SO... No More Available! Please no more emails and pm's.

Mods, please close thread!
