Late update lol
I end buying the Osmolator 3,(discontinued priced) I pay just less than $200.
Pump is pretty quiet, so far no issues, my only concern is that I may have to clean the sensor often from algae buildup because it so next to my refugium chamber, but we will see how far can I get away without wipe it out since the light sensor has a cover specifically designed for that.
Thanks everyone for sharing feedback for this matter.

I don't use the Tunze ATO but I do have 2 ATO's that use optical sensors. The issue with the optical sensor is less with algae build up on the sensor, and more with carbonate and coraline buildup just because it is right at the water line. Just like the carbonate and coraline ring that builds up along the top of the tank or at the water level in the sump. When that builds up and coats the optical sensor it will just run the pump. Maybe the cover on the Tunze sensor will help with that but I keep an eye on my optical sensors and just keep them clean.
