In video to me it looks like a bad bulb, but they do sell replacement ballasts. They are not that hard to replace. Here’s a link:

Good luck my friend. I have two of these fixtures. Haven’t had to change a ballast yet. (Knock on wood lol)
But I have had these fully taken apart and I swapped the wiring so wires come out on same side, installed endcaps and neatly ran all wires out the back corner.

I have an extra set of 16” end caps if interested.

If I remember correctly- each ballast runs two bulbs. So if this is the case two bulbs should be out. But $40 isn’t horriable for a ballast

If you're able to bring it over here I could help do it. Or possibly find some time to head your way. So you have two lamps not working then?

Go see Smite, he’s a qualified expert. I’d charge you an hours labor so $85 if you bring it to me or $170 I have to go to you . It’s really easy. DIY or bring it to Smite.
Oh yeah I’ve swapped a few in my life. Amazon fullfilment centers. Things nightmares are made of. 60+ retrofits a night on a 6’ ladder with employees trying to squeak by grabbing dils and Obama chia pets

Eff that, you are paying for a scissors lift or hieing another electrician.

Truthfully, it's cheaper to pay PDQ $350 for a 1 day rental than to pay me to spend 2 days R&Ring ballasts.

EDIT

Right now I am doing 277 emergency ballasts replacements in patient rooms in a mental hospital. that's scary, these people are nuts Must have 2 people to do a change out. one to do the work and another to watch over the cart.

Also do a tool count before and after. all they need is a few feet of wire or a screwdriver to kill themselves. and they will. I know of 3 suicides since I took them as a customer, none were my fault.

Ok I took the fixture down and managed to put everything back. Everything works expect one dilema. The yellow side of the t5 I forgot which end goes with what end. I tried both thinking it would work if I did the wrong combination. But it worked

What I’m talking about is on the left side of the t5 there is a bulb entrance that has 2 red cables and 2 blue cables on the right side there is 2 bulb entrances with yellow cables.

Both work to power on the bulbs but is there a way to find out which goes with witch.

As long as you have the yellow leads from the same ballast that red and blues are coming from orientation does not matter on yellow side.
