He sent me a PM saying he had an item I was looking for ( NERO 5 ) and even sent a pic saying he no longer needed it ,to shoot him an offer so I did and he accepted so I went ahead and asked for his PayPal so I could send the money and he straight up said his PayPal wasn't working right to Zelle him the money better. After I said I didn't have Zelle he then said that he could send me his wife's PayPal but would have to pay friends and family because he wouldn't be able to ship since he had no money to do so.
number being used my that scammer is 919 925 3921, Very poor English and broken sentences.
