There aren't many on the forum, so I thought I would show everyone the pico that I set up for my daughter. It has been up and running for around 5 months now. Without a doubt the easiest tank I have ever had to maintain. I do a weekly .5g water change and rinse the sponge in the AC30. Once a month I change the pura pad...and that's it! Zoas growth hasn't been that quick, but everything is very healthy.

Equipment and such:
AC30 (sponge and pura pad)
Innovative Marine Skkye Light Utility LED light 6 watt
Aqueon 50watt heater
3lbs. liverock
4lbs. sand

Livestock:
Yellow Tailed Damsel
6 varieties of Zoas
2 varieties of Palys
Maxi-Mini Nem

Well, I had some issues with my light. The suction cup on the utility light kept unsticking, and the light kept falling into my tank. Luckily it never shorted out! So I looked around online, and I decided to give the Beamworks 6x3watt LED fixture a try (aquatraders.com). The light seems to be brighter than the utility light, and it was basically half the price. Mounting bracket is way more sturdy. Here are some pics:
