I SWEAR IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYTIME I BUY FOR THEM 3 DAYS LATER ITS ON SALE. Just bought the nyos 300 on monday. Now its $130 dollars cheaper. Makes me not want to buy from there anymore and just order somewhere else. It has happened alot media, Neptune wav pumps, & neptune apex.

I'm not really a fan of them but it's just poor timing. I've had it happen to me in the past. If you look it's more nyos' choice to place them on sale as premium also has it lower at them moment too.

I do recall them giving people a break when they bought within a few days of a random sale. That was a while back though. Worth an email

I usually order from Saltwateraquarium.com these days and only order from BRS when I can't find something elsewhere. Reach out to them and see if they'll help as others mentioned.

I would definitely reach out to them. Technically you could just return the old one and buy a new one for cheaper so they should be willing to discount you.

True true, but most companies would be willing to give you at least a partial discount or credit. I can't speak for brs specifically as I've never done this with them.

It's just like sale posts here or elsewhere on corals. You buy a coral at listed price and a day or 2 later seller reduces price to move them faster!

I recently started a return request and they waived the restock and shipping fee. I am a preferred reefer and have spent quite a bit there, so I am not sure if that helped. But I would contact customer service and see what they can do, they have usually been easy to work with. Hope they do a price protection!
