well, first off, looks like the return BH is upside down. but you're saying that's not leaking. I'd still reverse that if you can. the bulkheads should be set in such a way, that the threaded part points DOWNWARD, and the nut is threaded upward into the tank.

order should be like this
[top of tank]
[threaded part of bulkhead]
[gasket]
[hole in tank]
[BH retainer nut]
I'm going to have to cut the pipes I glued them because there was no leak until today.

There is a leak stop liquid/paste pipe sealant that you get at harbor freight that works magic on plumbing. If forms a flexible water tight seal even when wet, and it works on bulk heads and all plumbing connections. It is in a red and white tube. I'll take a picture of the tube and post it. It is cheap - under $10 for a pretty good size tube if I remember correctly. I've used it extensively with no adverse effect on any of my critters. It does kick the skimmer into overdrive for a short time if you use it before it dries fully. But it seals everything. And, it can be undone pretty easily even after it is dry.

I had this happen to me recently. Thought my return hole was for .75" bulkhead and it was actually drilled for 1". New 1" bulkhead didn't leak but the .75 did.

If you need the silicone sealant, I have lots of the tube leftover you can have for free. It really did work on my two leaks. I am in oldtown pas. lmk.
