I had a brand new bottle of unused Red Sea alk

My alk was low so I manually dosed it and notice the chunks coming out of it, is this normal? I used to use ati and never ran into this

I've had that happen if it was sitting out in the garage and got cold... you can set the bottle in hot water to warm it up to dissolve it.

Normal but those chunks will dissolve and increase alk watch it.

it’s cold and solidified. As others has suggested it, warming it in a container in warm water will resolve this. Otherwise you can buy something that mixes the liquid 1-2x a day.
