Cockatoo Waspfish

Has anyone had any experiences with the cockatoo waspfish, Ablabys taenianotus? Really cool fish but I was wondering if anyone has had any success getting this guy to eat anything but live foods? Currently I have only seen mine eat live brine shrimp which I cant feed all the time.

Reefsafe yes.... Human safe not so much. This guy packs a mean sting if gets a hold of a human hand. Not speaking from experience just hearsay. I don't want to find out though. Really cool fish, I just want to make sure he gets enough grub.

Looks like a leaf fish. Don't they have poisenous dorsal spines?

yeah, i have one in my 75 gallon reef, second one i've had in fact and i really dig those fish. i've never had any problem getting mine to eat the cocktail i mix up every week. he mostly eats the mysis shrimp though. oh, watch out for those spine though, my buddy got stung by his and said it hurt like a SOB for a week solid.
