I have a vacant commercial
Space on Century blvd and grevillea in Inglewood.

approx 2,500 sq ft- with glass store front and roll up security gates. Tile floors, parking, tons of exposure and street traffic.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!

would Make a great fish store!

asking $7k a month on a gross lease (No CAMS) water and electricity included! Inquire within

I’m sure this is a dream for a lot of members, but working in many stores would scare me to take something like this on. Pretty high base line to have to sell to just be at zero every month.

yea I would be living in half of it and working in the other at 7k just doesn’t seem possible for a lfs to take off

yeah- I may be able to convince owner to come down a bit. Problem is that the market rate for this area because of the traffic is around $3 per sq ft on a Triple net lease (CAM Charges Additional) without utilities included.

so price is good for the area, but may be high for a new lfs. But man I wish I personally could do it! Lol. I think water and electricity included would help a fish store.

but if there’s any serious interest we can go to the owner with an offer to lease and see if there is any negotiation room.

Most lfs work better not on the main strips. It’s something at are not just going to typically walk in and buy a set up. If anything they would eat up time lookie looing
