My buddy, who like me, hates aquarium noise, but wanted a skimmer on a corner undrilled 40G tank. I ran a CPR skimmer through his wall in the garage (same as I did for his FX6) and into his tank. Hard Plumbed the whole thing. Current pump is Sicce 150 (needlewheel). I will be changing that this weekend to PSK600 and hope its not too much....but the CPR is already skimming dry and just need to breakin before we tune it.. Anyway, just if you are interested.....

I used the bakpak in the 90's, one of my favorite hob skimmers. We use to mod them with a wooden air stone, pulled a lot of junk with that mod.
