hey, things get messy and crazy during a tank build..you should know that. but don't worry, i vacuumed and cleaned up back there before putting the tank back against the wall. as for my place, once everything is done with the build, it will return to a nice clean place where i will serve your food on the ground when you come over ; )

And a semi-gloss black steel stand with stainless steel tabs

Stainless mounting tabs and 316 stainless leveling feet. Also, the countersunk holes in the square tube are actually small stainless pipes welded in to prevent rust getting inside the tubes.
what size steel are you using on these stands? for like a 48x30x20. thanks

It really depends on the design. If you have 6 legs I think 1.5x1.5x11ga square tube should be good but we actually calc out each stand because every one is different. If you do no center leg like this stand you will usually need to use rectangular tube to decrease deflection.

Need a free standing light hanging stand for my 28 gallon cadlights AIO tank. Going to use a reef breeders value fixture. Space is tight.
Going to take some measurements tomorrow. Any ideas?
