I have been out of the hobby for a few years and just like so many other I have made my way back. The plan is medium - lite bioload with LPS heavy corals.

I’m still in the equipment gathering phase but water will be coming soon! Here is my current equipment list, I will update and add photos as new items come in.
Tank - 40”x20”x16” center overflow
Sump - 3 chamber 36”x15”x15”
Vertex Omega 130 Skimmer
Jebao DCP 4000 Return Pump
Eheim Jager 150w heater x 2
Brightwell X Port bricks
Tropic Eden Reef Flake sand

Looks super clean. I love shallow tanks. I'd say with ur filtration setup and desire for LPS, then get that bioload heavy! haha

Truth be told if I set out for mostly LPS I’ll end up with only a few SPS and same for bioload lol that’s why I went with a over sized skimmer.
