Cyano isn't caused by nutrients at all, in fact, cyano exists in different nutrient densities. I would simply remove it manually at first. Also, if you're dosing amino acids or fatty acids, protein rich foods, those are all food sources for cyano. The other thing to help it along is to storm your tank and use a flocculant to remove it. There's a recipe for DIY coral snow, which is calcium carbonate mixed with RO water. You only need to dose about 1mL or so for that size tank after you storm your rocks and sand.
