So my plan is to add my RODI into a closet that shares a wall with a bathroom. Intact the sink pits up right against the wall. Anything I should be mindful besides electrical wires? Should I drill a hole large enough to run some 1/2 pvc through the wall for the line to pass through.

Since you’re going to drill a wall adjacent to the bathroom, beside electrical, also consider any plumbing or hot water lines. All depends on the construction of the bathroom, especially if the wall you’re drilling has the faucet & shower.

No plumbing in the wall the drilling into. It butts up to the side of the vanity.

Drywall is only 1/2 to 5/8 thick. Don’t plunge the bit through like an animal and you should be fine. Make the hole on one side, look in it to check for anything. I did this in my kids room to run a power cord to an outlet. Drilled a 1 inch hole, inserted a pice of pvc the same length then caulked and painted it. The end of the cord slid right through it to the outlet on the other side enabling the dresser to remain tight against the wall.
