Everything is painted and now time to let it cure.

I’ve decided to hold off on sands the orange peel out of the paint till next weekend. After reading the directions further I seen that the paint will harden (cure) after a four 5-7 days. So I’m going to leave the stand out in the sun today then wheel it in the garage tonight. Let it chill all week for the paint to cure then next weekend hit it with the sander to keep up the orange peel.
I’ll probably start with a 3000g to see if that will do it. If not then move to a 2000g.

Looks like Socalireefs has an IE based cabinet / aquarium maker (y)(y)
Man, dis crap is way to hard when you still have a 60 hour week job and and 2 hour a day exercise plan to fallow. I ain’t got the passion to do it for someone else. I know I’ll cut corners and postpone deadlines like all the other out there

Tapped the holes to mount the light bar today. Tomorrow I’m going to sand the grim and wipe the oils off. Then paint the light bar rack. Going to do a simi-gloss white like the stand.

looks like about 2 threads of engagement... I'd do a thru hole with bolt/nut/washers if possible. generally you want 4 min to secure something properly

Yea. There’s going to be four bolts holding the support bar to the stand frame. The 2 inner bolts are going to be 4”. They will have lock washers and lock nuts. The outer bolts are just support so the keep the vertical bar from going side to side.

Got a few thing done today. Sanded and painted the light bar.

When it dries in a bit I’ll mount it to the stand.
Currently I’m cut an acrylic bottom to cover wood in side the stand.

U going with 380nm?
Sorry I missed you post.

So 3 type of UV 10 of 380nm, 10 of 405, and 10 of 420nm. The UV will be on there own channel. The apex 0-10v ports will control the dimming on all 4 LED channels. There’s 30 white LEDs on one channel so 90w of white. 30 blue on another so 90w of blue. 30 of royal blue so 90w of RB. Then 30 of UV another 90w of LEDs. So that’s 360w of LEDs on the rails running along the side of three gen1 radions. I was already running the rails on the 150. But I’m now adding the UV to the lighting.
I’m going to be using this to control the LEDs

Currently I’m using meanwell dimmable drivers but they keep flashing for some reason.
