Certain areas are considered ecological protected just like on land. He was trying to poach on protected areas

Sounds like he could have easily done it legally- in others areas of his state and used proper and legal equipment. This is just greedy and irresponsible. On top of it he left divers in the water to try to save his own skin. Divers could have died.
Guys like this give this hobby a bad name. He deserves what’s coming to him. ..,
