Tanks 120 gal 4x2x2
Most fish are 1 or 2" in size besides a yellow tang I rescued that's about 3".
Curious others responses and stock amount for a tank this size

Really depends on the types of fish and how comfortable you are with a big stock

I would say in a 120g, one yellow tang, 3-5 medium sized fish and 3-5 smaller fish is pretty healthy. But you can go as far as 5-7 medium sized and or smaller fish. It really just depends on the fish, their waste load, and their aggression levels

Nice tank! I would go with small fish dwarf angels, anthias, and misc damsels for color. You already have a nice clown so it’s all good.

If it were me, I’ll fill the tank up with fish and then come up with a perfect excuse to get an upgrade! lol

If you are taking fish suggestions, I recommend a swallowtail angel. They are 100% reef safe and lovely fish.

I had a swallowtail, was a great fish until it wasn’t
I guess every fish has it personality. I have a pair of watanabe swallowtail for 1 year no issues with sps lps and softie. I think feeding a lot help.
I got a gold flake angel, regal angel, and a moorish idol. Those are much higher risk but so far so good. Swallowtail are much safer than these other angels

The swallowtail was a model citizen in regards to coral, became an ahole to his tank mates
I can believe that. Mine was well behaved but recently the Blue throat trigger and my swallowtail have been fighting a bit.

No fin nips but they do this “dance” where it really looks like some freshwater mating rituals where they yin-yang each other.

The angel lost a scale the other week but they manage.
