Moved a rock and this was on the under side:

It seems to be some kind of sea slug or? It moves fairly quick. In the time it took to pull out the phone it crawled to this gap in the rock. It’s pretty big- about an inch wide and two inches long- kind of oval shaped. Anyone know what this is and if this is a good or bad creature?

It does really look similar- just a little different colors then I see on google- but the poly lad is the closest I’ve found.

I left the rock in there. Now it’s moved and I can’t find it lol. No clams and only a few snails min that tank. There’s nothing really important in that tank so for now I’ll just leave it be lol.

thank you both for your input!

-Happy reefing-

Thanks for sharing this with us. I saw something like this years ago in a tank I no longer have. I never knew what it was. I saw it in a rock. Didn’t think nothing of it. Than a minute later it was gone. Now if I see it again in my current tank I will use my flame thrower.
