I don't want to see my Starry waste away in my tank. He's got ich, is losing weight, but definately fighting to keep alive as he still eats mysis and trys to be active. If anyone here has a way to get him out of my tank easily (I'm thinking a trap) and wants to attempt to get him patched up, its yours for the taking. I'm located in Redondo Beach. Shoot me a pm.

Trapping it and moving it may stress it out more and be even worse for it in means of treating. I've had the best luck feeding mysis and seaweed with a drop of garlic or two rubbed in. And this ick treatment that is like a mucky white liquid I'll look when I get home. I would just say keep it, treat it, and feed it. Not a lot you can do.

I've been trying the garlic guard thing. It seems to spur his appetite a bit as he will start scraping the rockwork after getting some pieces of the garlic soaked food down.

Unfortunately, I dont have a Q-tank or have room for one. Was hoping someone on this board would try placing the fish in thiers.

Sadly, he is swimming in fishy heaven:cray:
He seemed to be getting better and was putting on weight but stopped feeding and moving around altogether. I saw him sitting in a small cave a couple days ago and by the time morning rolled around, he was motionless and wedged inbetween a couple rocks.
