It is with a heavy heart that I am posting to rehome my brand new decorator crab w/sponges from ReefCleaners that arrived today.
It is an amazing and bizarre creature. It is not reef safe. After introducing it to my nano tank, it went to town on every coral it came across until I shoo'd it away: acans, blastos, rhodactus and my scoly. it even cleared out a huge patch of GHA with amazing efficiency. But, even after feeding it multiple catfish pellets, which are pretty good for inverts, it still kept chewing on corals.
So, I hope to rehome it to someone's sump or FOWLR. Please PM me if you can pick it up tomorrow, Wednesday, in Irvine near the Spectrum. Thanks!
