FS: 250 Watt JBJ MH Complete Ballast/Fixtures/Lights (3 avail)

Updated...sold two units. One left.

I have ONE COMPLETE 250 Watt JBJ Lighting Metal Halide kits for retrofit/canopy. Used for 2 years, excellent condition. Brand new these fixtures cost $250 each - plus bulbs. I am selling them individually for $100 each (each will include complete fixture with ballast, fixture/reflector, and 2 used bulbs).

WHY I'M SELLING: I love these fixtures and hate to sell, but due to a recent chiller performance issue while I was away, I have decided to swap for a T5 setup to keep heat down when I'm away from home...I actually prefer the appearance of these Halides over the T5s....I may regret this sale.

Until a few weeks ago, these sat in a built-in canopy, fully functional, supporting a 140 gallon reef tank (see photo - Old image, and I need to learn how to take a good aquarium photo)...

Thanks Rukis! I've rebuilt it after my JBJ chiller failed while I was out of town and it looks a lot different, and a lot of things in the photo have disintegrated (the tank hit +90 degrees which killed a lot of my favorites).

I sold two of the MH units today and if I dont' sell the third, I may try to figure out a way to incorporate it into the canopy...not much space in there now with all the T5s but it would give me some of that shimemer I miss!
