I bought it for a clownfish breeding project that was cut short do to school and future career obligations. I now need to part ways with this beautiful piece of craftsmanship cause I'm running low on funding. Its out of the box (bought it that way), but used or even turned on because I never built the system for it. Retails up to $320 online w/o tax or shipping.

Asking $250 firm! typicalwhiteazn@yahoo.com

To clarify, I'm selling a FIRST generation Vertex IN 250, here are the specs between the two generations

1st gen. Vertex 250: height - 31.5", footprint - 15.25" x 10.75", Diameter 8", 55W pump
2nd gen. Vertex 250: height- 30.0", footprint - 13.50" x 11.00", Diameter 8", 55W pump
- pump is laying on its side in 2nd gen.

In conclusion the second generation is 1.5" shorter, a few cubic inches smaller in the footprint, and being that the pump is laying on its side, water injection into the skimmer is now at most 3-4 inches closer to the ground. Which means microbubbles contact distance to the top of the skimmer has been increased approx 2.5" (4"-1.5"= 2.5"). lmk, if this made any sense... hahaha... Is there any increase in the performance between the two generations? yeah, about 2.5".

Thanks for your interest!.. :)
