Harlequin Shrimp?

Some question that come to mind..
What do they eat?
How can one tell the difference between Male and female?
Are they reef safe?

They are reef safe with the exception that they will eat stars, and in some cases urchins.

Not sure for the IE but I see them all the time at Tongs in fountain valley. Live Aquaria has them from time to time as well, you can setup to email you when they arrive.

They are common and any store can get them for you jus ask a local store. If you want HI pairs, I'm getting in pairs in a few weeks.

This is for sexing lobster but can be applied to shrimps, crayfish, and others sp within the same family.
