I can't believe it..... I have a 300 Watt and 50 watt heater in my refer 350 and I can't get the tank up to temp! Won't break 77 degrees....WTH..... What's a reliable heater these days? I just heard that eheim not as great as it used to be.

Also... Any recommendations on a good magnet cleaner for glass tank?

I’ve had really good success with titanium heaters. I own a finnex & no issues with it. Also, it’s nice to have a separate controller on your heater. I know of a few people that are using aqua top & hygger titanium heater with great success. They come with their own separate prove as well.

Thank you. I'm going to give the finnex a try

My Cobalt Neotherm 300 W is starting to fail after just 1 year, drifting up to 79.6 even though it’s set to 78. Had to switch to my backup Eheim. Seems like it’s pretty hit or miss with almost all of the heaters and it’s just a matter of when not if they will fail and need replacement. Seems like keeping a backup at all times is the way to go.
