Hello I have a 70ish gallon mixed reef, foot print is 39w 22d and 22t I have two nicrew hyperreefs 150s installed about 12 inches about the water.
Right now they ramp up to max 45% on B and V from 7am to 3pm stay there until 7pm them ramp back down to rezo at 11pm and just 1% blue overnight.
It looks nice to the eye but nothing is coloring up just pail versions of what they should be and now my green slimer is giving off, parameters are fine and I feed AB everywhere day.
Any advice on light scheduling would really help.

can you get a hold of a par meter to check the par coral are getting? this info can help you decide if you need to make any adjustments.

assuming you have the Nicrew gen 2s, they appear to provide sufficient par (see image below).

however, your lights are mounted higher and you're running them at 45% so you have opportunity to make adjustments there (i.e., increase par), but you're also running lights for 16 hours so maybe that compensates for a lower par? i run my lights for about 12 hours. I suggest measuring par first before making changes. hoping others can also weigh in on the longer light schedule.

there could also be other reasons for the pale coral but your approach to checking lighting first is good. one thing at a time.

The lights ramp up three steps before getting to 45% then stay for 4 hours and then three steps down at 10%-15% per step, they are also that high due to the fact I must have a canopy, but the inside is white and has an high gloss epoxy clearcoat, but I will try to find a par meter, sad thing is I dont thing anyone with in 20 miles has a reef much less a par meter.

Where are you located? I'm sure there is a reefer within 20 miles from you.
