I've been running on a CPR bakpak :suicide2: for a while and thought that it was about time I move onto setting up a sump. I've seen a lot of different kinds of set ups and was wondering what I should do for mine, any suggestions/ tips? I have a 30g bowfront so maybe a 10g sump?

Hello.
10 gallons is not alot of room but look under eBay aquarium filters and they sell 10 gallon pre made sump kits.

A 20 gallon long would make a nice sump. They are about 30.25" L x 12.75 W x 12.75 T... if you have the room. I think you can find them for around $20-$30. Below is a 20 gallon long I picked up from PTF for $20, $9 in 1/4" cut glass, and $5 in silicone.

What would be an ideal sized sump for a 30g?
