Help with Apex

Hello, for anyone with experience using and setting up the Apex controller. Do i need to have an ethernet connection to do the setup? How can i setup the unit through fusion?

I bought it used from another member. But he has unlinked his account to it. I just need to know how I can link my fusion account to it. Thanks.

You are probably best off opening a ticket and having them walk you through it. Your ask is pretty big for the walk through

Neptune may not help you if its an old unit, I don't know for sure. The support I got just this week was just links to YouTube on what to check. They really didn't make any attempt for a personal support call,etc. Just several links to the same information.
Do you have the mini screen? With the mini screen you can get the logon addy and other info so you can connect Fusion.
