Hey hey

i'm looking to increase overall circulation of my tank. I'd just get a higher flow overflow, but if it happened to be any louder my fiance would kill me (its in the bedroom ><). I have a cheesy canister filter atm which i just use for flow and carbon/mechanical filtration. I've been looking at this, Nu-Clear Model 533, but a little confused as to how it works. Do you just throw a pump on it, and siphon feed it? says it can handle up to 1200 gph, which is 10x more than my current canister.

any other ideas or suggestions?

That is just the canister only, you have to have big pump to feed them. Which will be big pump in your display tank and noise...
You just keep your canister and buy powerhead. Powerhead works better for tank circulation.
