When I've transferred things from one tank to another I've used tjose large totes from Costco and filled them up and transferred everything over to them while I moved the tank and replaced it with the new one. Using a couple table lifts and a few people I've had no trouble in the past.

The guy at coral gazers has moved 10 ft tanks before and set them up. Not sure if he might be able to help out with it

I seriously think that stand is not that heavy. If you open the top pallet, and can remove the sump and doors first, you should be able to get that aluminum stand down easily.

they should have separated those crates though.
It didn’t seem that heavy but could have been that we had 4 people of good strength on either side. I was able to round up some neighbor muscle and with 2x4s on edge was able to lift the top crate up and move laterally to set it down on the main side of the garage. So we had 4 people lifting and one person lining up concrete blocks for us to rest the top crate onto.

Worked out, with wife permission to use up the large side of the garage…

Before (staring at it from the side for 30 minutes):

And after (deciding that I think I can use 2x4 and two people on either side — sort of like those images of slaves carrying cleopatra) cleared all of the stuff:
