So far all the fishes I've added look healthy and are eating. Should any of them get sick, how would I get them out of the tank with all the rock in the way? It will probably stop eating too so baiting those fish traps won't work.

Do you guys just suck it up and remove enough rocks to get to catch the fish?

Get them nice and hungry... then dangle some food over the water like your going to feed them...then "SPLASH"...net the one you want when they come to the top to feed. Might take a few try's. Its worked for me a few times :)

I use that container to catch my fish. It depends on what kind of fish you are trying to catch. With that container, I can catch my yellow tang no problem by placing some seaweed in there and just have to wait until it swims in there then turn the flap to close off the container. For other fish, I might try to isolate them from the rocks using nets to keep them in the open and then slowly cut them off from the rest of the tank to swim into the container. I try to not use nets to catch my fish since it might hurt them. Getting them to swim into the container is less harmful to them in my opinion.
