Please include how many fish you have and your tank size.

I have 9 small fish in my 67g tank.
I feed 2 cubes of frozen food daily along with around a tablespoon amount of pellets.

I thaw out my frozen food to reduce phosphate in the food then feed.

Lets see,

115g

lg mag.Foxface
Black Clown
Oc.Clown
Yellow Coris Wrasse
sm/md Blue Tang
Lg Banded/Bullet Goby
Used to have until they jumped
Velvet Wrasse
Multi-color Lubbucks fairy wrasse

Soak all food in garlic, selcon, and vitachem.

Entire day I feed
1 or 2 Cubes Mysis (2 only happens maybe once a week)
1 cube Spiranela Brine
very small pinch of Cyclops-Eeze wafers
Very small pinch or Omega One
Pinch of Spirulina20
and on oocasion throw some spectrum pellets in for a snack

Feed corals 2 to 3 times a week
Using 2 cubes or mysis
or 1 cube mysis and 2 teaspoons of spectrum pellets

I sometimes have to feed some extra pellets to keep the coral banded and fire shrimp out of my corals when feeding them.

Mayb I should point out though I feed a ton, always have been doing it this way. But I also have a much larger skimmer than really needed if fed less, also dose vodka the help keep nutrients low.

And on occasion fish get very little 1 cube mysis for the day kinda thing with maybe a pich of flake or something at night.
