The First Annual IEMAS Summer BBQ is on! It will be at my place in the High Desert (Phelan, near Hesperia/Victorville).

We'll be having a raffle (everyone who comes gets a ticket!), food (duh), and a bouncer for the kids!

There will be a 40 breeder set up for frags. SWAPPING IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! We'll also have some frags to raffle off for the club.

We'll be having Tri Tip, Pulled Pork sandwiches, Potato Salad, BBQ beans... And ribs? We're still working on the menu, so if anyone has any requests, let us know (I know - hamburgers and hot dogs, right?).

Members and their families are welcome to attend. Non members who wish to attend will be asked to pay $15.00 for admission (included in that price is MEMBERSHIP!).

All food and beverages will be provided. BYOB, however keep in mind this is a family party and not Delta House.

Please RSVP so we have an idea how much food to get. We'd also encourage the kids to be dressed in play clothes as they WILL get dirty!

Yeah, finding a day that worked for everyone was impossible. I was thinking of doing it the July 4th weekend, but the consensus was that too many people would have had other plans that weekend...

So it is what it is. Sorry you can't make it...

BBQ date MOVED to July 26th

In short, there were not enough RSVP's/attendees to merit spending club money on it. At this time we're undecided if we even want to do one or not.
