Hey guys,
Im looking into getting a 95 gallon wave tank since some guy here is selling it for pretty cheap. It will be going into the corner of my room. I live in a newer apt. Do you guys see any issues regarding this? Thanks -Mike

If its been built in the last 5 years theres no problem with that. Especially if its in the corner. Is it going to be near the exterior wall or a load bearing wall?

i would be skeptical about roughly 6-700 pounds on a third floor. I would double check. should be fine but would hate to be the person who lives under you should your tank ever flood

Mike just buy renters insruance, may cost you $100 for all year and if it anything happens they'll cover it.

mike....get about 10 people and stand in that corner. Make it a "picture opportunity" if it can hold all your fat friends then its safe to say your in the clear. If you hear a bit of a creak...then i would say go jamies route. At the end of the day its totally your decision.
