I have the Coralife 32 biocube nano.. Have the normal return pump it comes with and had a 240 gph powerhead in there which still wasn't much flow at all. I took out the 240 and put in a 800 gph powerhead which is now ripping! It looks almost to powerful but I just put it in so corals haven't had time to adjust, do you guys think it'll be ok or is that to much for a 32? Thanks in advance for the help!

*Corals in the tank are all softies (Mushrooms, zoas, leather, etc.)

You might be surprised how much flow is too much, either way the corals will definitely let you if they're not happy!

When I had a BC29, I upgraded the return pump to a MJ1200 (300 GPH) and a tunze 6055 (1,450 GPH) ~1,800GPH and it was fine.

Placement, rockwork,... all will make a difference, but I would imagine that pump will end up being more than you need.
